Therapy Payments

High Hopes Therapy Clinic outsources billing services to Health Quest Management Services (HQMS). HQMS, in partnership with High Hopes administrative team members, will assist families with the complicated world of pediatric therapy billing.

You can pay your High Hopes therapy bill in the following ways:

Online via the website payment link.
In person at High Hopes.
Over the phone by calling HQMS or High Hopes.
Via mail using the attached return envelope with your monthly mailed statement.
