Schedule an Evaluation
Each child at High Hopes starts with an initial evaluation to assess strengths and identify areas for improvement. This evaluation provides essential information for developing an individualized care plan. The patient and caregiver are involved in goal development and contribute to treatment planning to ensure that therapy interventions impact home and community success.
